Cosmetics Missing

I think i already know the answer considering how much of a money grab this game is, so here goes;

I redeemed a few cosmetics from the berserk event on my main character, logging onto a lower level alt I cannot see the cosmetics available, e.g. barbarian or blood knight

my main is a monk and its my only level 60 char.

I can only assume the cosmetics are locked to my monk?

yup all free ones are class locked

character locked ayy? Cant use them on a diff class?

Most cosmetics are locked to the hero class on which they were unlocked, i.e. if you unlocked these on a Monk, if you created another Monk they’d be available, but none of the other classes would have it available.

That’s a design decision, not a bug.
