We have received questions related to controller use in Diablo Immortal. We want to reiterate that controllers are a viable and allowed control method in Diablo Immortal. You may use them across PC, iOS and Android devices.
We do have an officially supported list of controllers and you can find that list here on our support site.
Use of these controllers alone will not lead to any disciplinary action on an account.
