In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:
Cross server BG started not in raid with others. Can’t leave spawn portal. After bg ended. Character is out of sync and not return to original server. This causes me to be continuously kick out of game to main server selection screen. It is a continuous looping kick out to main screen in 10 to 30seconds after entering game environment. Sometime during the kick out is accompanied with error message of “unknown error” or “failed to perform action from different server”
Most likely my character is stuck in cross realm server and can’t reestablish sync with my original server. I am in Oceania server. Cross bg with Korean and Japanese server.
The game is entirely not playable now due to constantly kick out to main screen in 10 to 30 seconds. Got in touch with a few other players who had the same issue. A Japanese player seems to have first reported this 11 days ago here. I pass my top server active clan lead to another clan officer and most likely decide to walk away from this game after spending Usd200k. So thank you for this. I can finally get away from this game and back to life. Well done
