CONNECTION BUG ISSUES PLAGUE SINGLE PLAYER BATTLE TAG ACCOUNT AND ASSOCIATED GAME CHARACTERS (ongoing…no developer help yet!)

Quick note: I use APPLE PAY on my iPhone 8 IOS, not GOOGLE PAY on the Pixel 7 Pro phone (game play only) which is a newer more powerful device with abundant memory space for HD game play.

Regarding conflict with “Collector’s Concerto Of Chaos” armor set: I CANNOT CHANGE COSMETIC ARMOR ON MAIN CHARACTER, (1) LionThunder, and my secondary-alt characters, (2) LionDeath, (3) LionQuest, (4) LionBlood, and (5) LionPhysics did NOT inherit the purchased three piece Collector’s Concerto Of Chaos armor set the purchased “Collector’s Empowered Battle Pass” (Season 39).

My main character cannot change armor gear cosmetics to any other type other type other than the new “COLLECTOR’S CONCERTO OF CHAOS.” My secondary characters still wear HAWK or BERSEKER armor (expensive new cosmetic acquisitions). All of my characters are under player BattleTag Account, LionThunder#1718; Blizzard Support confirmed all characters are entitled to the three piece COLLECTOR’S CONCERTO OF CHAOS cosmetic armor set.

CONNECTION BUG PROBLEM: LionThunder, my main character, acquired a CONCERTO OF CHAOS armor piece months earlier in playing Diablo Immortal with “Battle Archive Coins” in the “Battle Archive Shop.” Concerto Of Chaos armor looks very familiar…not new! Blizzard is bundling and reselling older cosmetic armor sets! Causing item conflicts and connection bugs for player BattleTag Account and associated game characters. An earlier acquisition by one account character of one (or more pieces) conflicts with the recent BATTLE PASS offering: COLLECTOR’S CONCERTO OF CHAOS set offering, thus affecting all other BattleTag Account characters.

Too many adverse CONNECTION BUG PROBLEMS in Diablo Immortal for the phenomenal money spent on a video game. Blizzard Developers (programmers) still owe me: one RANK-7 Sapphire Gem that “connection bug” disappeared upon crafting!!! Please unify my BattleTag Account and its five characters with proper database CONNECTIONS for proper game play and intramural clan activities. I’m just a gamer and legacy Diablo Franchise player since Diablo I.

I even installed the Blizzard Authenticator to help BLIZZARD DEVELOPER PROGRAMMERS negate or eliminate nefarious or undesirable back-channel non-gamer activities, which contribute to your massive array of CONNECT BUG ISSUES!

CONNECTION BUG PROBLEMS still owe me: (1) one RANK-7 Sapphire Gem, (2) The complete “COLLECTOR’S CONCERTO OF CHOAS” for all five of my characters under single player BattleTag Account, LionThunder#1718, and (3) as DAMNERS CLAN LEADER, sound human-to-human player communications and clan management tools, including fully integrated seemless “in-game & Battle Net App” connectivity-communications.

P.S. “Connection Bug Issues” also create problems in WARBANDS. My ANCESTRAL TABLEAU is not active to character touch in Warband Castle environment.

P.S.S. Plus add this: I play with the sound off because of: “MAGIC [Wrath of the Berserker] Has a 20% chance to trigger an explosion every 0.5 seconds…” THE ‘POPPING SOUND’ IS INTOLERABLE FOR CONTINUOUS GAME PLAY!
