It show that the Collosus Surge event has changed. We now have a month longer to earn the 22 polished jades required for the 5* and I for one am very upset. I have several friends that had already spent their PJ’s going off of the original date. Now I am at 20-21/22 PJ’s and all I have is a 4* Collosus Engine and some GP. Am I the only one that thinks this is an easy fix? You could give everybody their PJ’s back and we can all use them how we would have if we knew from the beginning. I personally think this is ridiculous. All of the people affected by this feel helpless and I myself feel cheated out of a 5*! I don’t want the time to change back, I went off of Blizzard’s timeframe. How was I supposed to know they would make it longer? If you have a problem with this please create a ticket and/or message here about it. This is very problematic and I think I may go f2p if this can’t be fixed.

It’s consumer fraud.
Instead of designing the event to fit exactly 22, It would have been better they had designed it with some margin of 25 or 30.
Other event rewards give points more generously than the target.
If they’re going to change the event period as they please, they should also have a feature to revert back upgrade once(or several times) during the event period.
I totally agree. We should be able to revert at least once if they’re going to change the end date. I’ve been keeping up with my tickets but I just get a generic response everytime with no real answers. If they added a revert button or just swiped it clean and gave us our Polished Jades back while taking back what I originally did bc of the time frame, we’d be good.
