Colossus Engine gem lost all gem power and became dormant after swapping armory builds

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:
Switched build from farming to PvP, swapped out colossus engine for other gems
After battlegrounds, when i placed it back, it was dormant
No gem power of equivalence in stash either, i didnt do any gem power extraction prior

You’ve lost the power within your reso gems inside it. 100%

They really need to fix the armoury. Glad it was a quicky

How did you solved it??? I have the exact same issue

I “reconnected” my resonance gem (mossthorn) to the colossus engine, which might have gotten “detached” from it while i was changing builds and moving gems around. Its like relying on the mossthorn to activate it.

I dont fully understand the mechanics of this yet though.

Likely the reso gems within got moved to your stash or inventory

There are also times when the interior reso gems stack into the wrong slot and you lose the 20/40/60 bonuses.

Yeah. I think since i progressively upgraded my CE while it was attached to mossthorn, their gempower became linked and now it becomes dormant if disconnected. same behavior with my other leg gem too which i recently upgraded. So now i guess i have to reconnect the interior reso gems when switching builds. Locked them too so i dont accidentally feed them.

And this is regardless of armory, if i just remove my CE it becomes dormant, and activated again on reconnecting the mossthorn
