Hello!
I entered the latest code to redeem “HELLOBEYSME” on the official redemption site with my player ID and Server Name and submitted it. Problem is I submitted it before the maintenance in North America, because I saw the code posted on social media. Upon logging in after maintenance it was not in my mail. I went to try the code again and it says I already redeemed it on my account.
Is there anything I can do to receive my items?
Or maybe I missed that I did receive my items, is there a place I can check to confirm?
