Class change to tempest Reigning harmony cosmetic doesn't transfer

I transferred class to tempest just after it was released. Amongst doing so I noticed that my CROSS CLASS cosmetics (reigning harmony) from phantom market did not cross over. I’ve seen tempests with the newest phantom market cross class mad king cosmetic. So why has mine not crossed over to the newest class?

I’m really, really, really late to answer that xD. Tempest class went online after reigning harmony skin sadly. I also changed to Tempest and was wondering where is my skin at first
