Clan Members Application Screen Randomly Disappering

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

Device Model: Not a name brand (self-built)
Device Operating System: Windows 11
Diablo Immortal App Version: 4.0.0.3087788

For quite some time now, there has been a very annoying bug while viewing the Clan Members Application Screen. I am speaking of this screen:

While viewing the players, that have applied to the clan, the whole screen randomly becomes blank, like this:

Some of the times it happens are:

  • Scrolling the screen
  • View a player’s profile, that has applied, and then return to the screen
  • View a player’s profile, that has applied, send them a message, and then return to the screen
  • Doing absolutely nothing - just wait a few seconds - gone

Completely closing the screen and opening it again yields the exact same bug.
I have not found anything to prevent this from happening.

This happens to leaders and officers alike.

This is making it incredibly frustrating to view, message, reject, and accept players that have applied to the clan.

I am friends with more than 30+ of the clan leaders, on my server, and all of them are having the same issue.

Me, along with the countless other clan leadership, would greatly appreciate you looking into this frustrating bug and fix it.

Just confirming I see this happening still today on PC. 2025-09-03 win 11 client version 4.0.4.3087788

After numerous messages, back and forth, I received a final notice on this totally annoying bug.

It is quoted here:

"I understand that you and the other Clan leaders are facing an issue with the clan application screen, and I know how frustrating that can be. Customer Support is unable to assist with bugs in Diablo Immortal, including issues related to the clan application screen.

I’m glad to see you have also reported this on the forums. However, please note that Customer Support cannot help with this issue.

Thank you for your understanding and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!"

It is absolutely wonderful to know that our only option for BUGS is to report it on this forum and hope that someone finally decides to do something about it. (Sarcasm)

Anyone able to address, or direct someone to address BUGS please do something about this incredibly annoying and frustrating BUG, which is entirely fixable. Why make leadership suffer needlessly. We help keep your game alive.

cuz its a netease bug not a blizz one… its stupid i know

While that may be 100% accurate, we have no other known resource to try and resolve bugs or issues.

Stupid, to me seems like an understatement.

Rake in the millions a day, and not address well known and/or long standing bugs seems like a great way to lose customers/player/profit.

they’ve prob swapped their resources to Destiny, even some big pvp ppl have moved over
