The Chronicle’s current clue is to go to the Chamber of Sacrifice in the Shassar Sea. Various posts out there (including on this forum) indicate where the page should be. Screenshots below show the clue from the Chronicle and my current view of the relevant area.

I thoroughly searched this room and the surrounding areas when I first noticed the problem yesterday, and I didn’t find the missing page. I decided to wait until today to see if the problem persists.
Today the Chronicle clue changed (as the rolling timer had elapsed). I fetched that page, and the next clue pointed back to Shassar Chamber of Sacrifice. The problem does persist as per screenshots above - the page is not in the expected area.
I’d love it if someone could look into this and either include the page in the map, or just increment my instance of the Chronicle to have that page checked off. Thank you!

Nope, I checked there too, but no dice. This one’s clue indicates it’s in the Chamber of Sacrifice anyway, the place where Huzan has the map that you need for that same quest.
ive gotten them all so none are missing but i know the one near the huzan map is not actually visible
I thought of that as well, and just spam-clicked all over the area where it’s supposed to be.
Problem persists on PC and Android, so it’s not the platform.
Had a buddy check it out on an alt, and he was able to see the item where I’d expect it to be. So I mean 
The page you’re referencing in Shassar is not one of the latest ones added, it’s from the second set of pages added…
It’s possible for the clue to point you to a page / item that you’ve already collected. When that’s the case, there is no page / item, because you’ve already collected it.

Amber Blades Patrol Logbook
If you go and visit the Adventurer’s Chronicle in Cain’s room, you can check which of them you’ve already gotten. This one’s in the Histories section…
If you already have that, that’s why the page doesn’t show up in the area the clue’s pointing you to.
