The clan chat is broken, and maybe world chat. I can type in world chat, but am not seeing any other players talking accept spam i keep deleting. Clan chat isnt working at all. Last messages in clan chat was from yesterday afternoon, and clan chat is always active. Nothing i type appears. I can type a message in clan chat. But when i hit send nothing shows up. My app version of the game is fully up to date. I am on The Triune server
Dont think this is the issue, since you can see chat ita just not updating. But worth a try.
In a browser go to https://account.battle.net/privacy and sign in with your account, and make sure text chat is enabled.
Probably wouldn’t hurt to go in and confirm other settings for yourself too.
When you say chat is broken, do you mean little pop up as bottom of screen, slide out from right, or both?
Text is enabled, i checked all the settings. Broken as in i cant chat in clan. I can type and chat in world chat, but not in clan chat. Chat appears at bottom, when i click it, it fully opens in the right. When I click on clan, i try typing and clicking send, but nothing happens. Its only clan chat that isnt working
