I reinstalled the game completely, I thought it is a glitch, however the problem still remains, where character avatars are darkened out within the frame especially when you open “my raid” in BG or even your warband member list, online characters appear darker than before last update, it should be brighter just like your avatar on the top left corner. It was not like that before the last update. I wish I could share screenshots.
