Changing gears from armory fails, the awaken gears get reset (multiple resonance failed) although the required gems are still in stash

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

Device Model: reno 8T
Device Operating System: android 14
Diablo Immortal App Version: 3.2.1.2648053

It started when I want to change gears from armory but fail because my inventory is full. When I salvaged them all, and went back to change the loadout from armory, the awaken gears got back to normal. Tried to log out and login but still fails.

Are you saving essences in the armoury? Or are you swapping full gear pieces? Check you haven’t received any dawning echos in return after salvaging.

I have 2 type saved load out, one the essence only and the gears. Both are still fails. No dawning echos are returned as well.

But after I clear cache, and login again, my awaken gears are back in my stash. Problem is solved. Thanks for your reply.
