In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:
On the upper right of the screen, getting message of “You have completed one of the requirements to advance from Hell 1 Difficulty. Check your remaining requirements.”
This prompt will not disappear. I have tried changing levels, restarting system. The prompt exists both on my PC clientele and IOS iphone system.

Go into your Inventory screen and click on the XP bar at the top left. This will show the requirements needed to advance to the next difficulty, i.e. paragon requirement and kill of a raid boss.
Or do you mean you’ve unlocked access to Hell 2 (or higher) and the prompt is still there?
