I delete my character on 11.12. After last big update try to restore it and play again, but options to restore characters is missing. “My Heroes”, character selection screen are not there. Before the options was there and I can restore my characters(delete and restore character 2 times in past 2 and a half years playing and no problems) , but after last update i miss this options. Only option the game give me is to start a new character.
Are you sure that you connected into the same server in which you had those characters? I don’t know what would happen if you delete all characters (and I’m not willing to test it), but you should be able to restore any characters that had reached level 30 or higher (IIRC).
Yee i enter in same server and character was almost 600 para and 3k reso. Before was deleted too and no problem to restore it. But now(after last big update) the options are missing. I had old character from first week of the game(not playing since then) over level 60 and i do experiment to delete it. And again no option to restore. It seems after last update the option to restore if you delete character is missing.
No, it’s not. I can see it, for a couple of characters that I deleted long ago. And my game is fully up-to-date. I’d try the “repair” option and if that doesn’t work, even a full uninstall/reinstall of the game.
EDIT: I always forget that I play on PC and that something can work flawlessly in PC but fail in other platforms. I’d suggest to open a bug report in the corresponding section, with all details you can provide, including what server your characters should be.
Maybe only not work for new delete characters. I already repair and uninstall and install the game 3 times and still options are missing for me. Write tickets too and Game Master replay see my character and tell me to restore it . But on Android options is just missing and he say to write in the forum.
Find something in in game isuss - Install or patch problems : "There’s a technical issue preventing us from restoring Diablo Immortal characters at this time. We don’t have a timeframe on when it will be fixed, but our developers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. "
At least it’s a known issue and it’s under investigation, let’s hope that they can fix it soon. Truth is, I didn’t try to restore any of those 2 characters, just saw that I had the option. I can’t try, either, becaues all of my 5 slots in this server have a character already.
