OCEANIC servers all crashing in all instances/raids/dung/vault

This has been happening for approximately 16hrs. The ONLY fix has been to Towers, which was half hearted. Every player is experiencing this. We can not play. The only thing that does work is fishing, open-world grinding. Players have lost a full days worth of experience and grinding items, events. WHAT DO WE PAY FOR?
