Can't enter oblivion pillar in Shassar sea

I used one terror essence obtained from terror rift which opened an oblivion pillar in Shassar sea. When I came to it, I couldn’t enter it. And clicking it didn’t work too.

Timer on the left side has now stopped at 00:00. Quest and oblivion pillar are still there.

Update: terror essence got returned via mail. I used it again and this time pillar appeared in Mount Zavain. When I got to it, pillar just vanished and “Oblivion pillar failed” message appeared. Terror esence got returned via mail again.

Update 2: now this seems fixed. Got another terror essence. Used the previous for bounty. Pillar appeared in library, the zone where I got this terror essence from terror rift. Opened without problems.

Me and several other clan mates can’t port to pillar. I walked there instead after “an unknown error occurred when teleporting” came up two different times (after closing and reopening game). Once I got to the marker for the pillar, nothing happened and the timer kept going. I tried the unstuck option and that didn’t help. Finally, I tried repair client which was a terrible idea because now it wants me to re-download the whole update BUT it says I now need to free up 1700+ MB on my phone. I deleted well over that much but it still says this so I can’t even play the game now…
