Can't enter Helliquary nor Random Dungeons

Can’t enter Helliquary nor Random Dungeons after the update yesterday.

It says “You must complete Disquiet Vale before accessing other dungeons or raids.”, but I don’t have any pendings quests and I’ve already been doing raids and dungeons for weeks now.

have you closed and restarted the game? tried to join a part or check if youre in a glitched party you need to leave?
