Logged on my account on battlenet to claim the new free gem, it sends me to a hmmm looks like there is nothing here screen. Tried it from PC aswell to no avail.

Same problem here. Searched in the shop, went back to DI and it was set as “claimed” but i did not receive any reward.
The green set item instead worked fine
Use a Web Browser to go to the BattleNet Shop. The App is worthless, at least on the phone.
…same/similar here. Im also having issues with new event registering clear, for “obtain 1 leg gem” I went through elder rift with 2 leg gems and still not registered.
IIRC, it’s “Obtain one NEW legendary gem”. Meaning that you have to obtain one of the 3 gems that were put in the game with this latest update.
I went through Diablo Immortal and was sent to Web version to get gem. I found new gem, went through acceptance process, authenticated login, says gem sent and now I cannot find it any where

I also have a similar issue.
I did not have a battlenet account.
Created one and claimed the gem.
Then after anl9ng period of logging on and off nothing.
Then i went into settings account settings and linked the 2 accounts together (guest with the battle net). That kicked in the authentictor event reward. But now says i “claimed” the gem under event and it is nowhere to be seen…
I also didn’t receive the gift from Battle.net, the Frostfire Sapphire, I logged in through the browser, clicked “Get”, it says it was received, but nothing came in the mail, I didn’t receive the gem.
Same here shop says in library and in game says claimed in events but no gem. IIRC I tried the event claim after update but before the indicated time so I waited after but still didnt get it. Already tried relogging the browser and app and even restarted my phone and relogging again but still no gem.
