Cannot see chats in all channels, Tried to use id in different device and same issue, no chat, all chat settings are on. Tried to use another ID but chat is working fine. Game repaired and reinstalled, but didn't solve the issue. Only happening in one ID

exactly the same issue chat only shows past posts in clan and alliance channels, every other channel is silent. can see new posts in clan and alliance by reloging but cant see any live posts or even my own. PC,Win 10,latest update.
