I have purchased 3 x 15.000 (12.000+3.000) Eternal Orbs via the online Shop of the Battlenet Launcher on sunday 06/2/2024 06:55 p.m. CET. After purchasing Platinum ingame for at least 2 of the Packages I am not able to purchase any more Platinum but instead getting a message “You are currently unable to purchase Platinum because of unusual activity”. The purchase is correctly shown in my PayPal balance, an I received all Eternal Orbs ingame.
I already contacted the Diablo Immortal Support and postet a ticket, the reply was that I should post the topic here in this forum, since they are unable to help me. I still cannot purchase Platinum till this very moment but Blizzard has been paid fully.
If this is any kind of new security lock or what so ever, please unlock my account so I can trade in the market of Diablo Immortal.

I also get the same error after purchasing two bundles via PayPal
Update: waiting 2 hours or so solved it
same issue faced… why penalise legit players.
Diablo Immortal is a joke. I just spent $200 on 15,000 orbs. It is saying I cannot purchase platinum now because of unusual activity. There is no unusual activity. I have spent thousands of dollars on this game. It will let me buy eternal legendary crests, but not platinum. This is ridiculous. Is there any way to get this corrected? I’ll just do a chargeback if necessary and never spend a dollar again on this game. I know they’ll just give me a negative 15,000 orb balance after I do the chargeback. They’re the only ones losing in this situation. I’ll end up saving a large amount of money by stopping spending any more money on this game and they’ll be out all the money I would have spent. If anyone knows of a way to fix this before I go scorched earth, I would appreciate the input.

Same here has this been resolved for you?
I am having this issue right now as well apparently no one has a fix for it. It has been almost 24 hours since I purchased mine. And still can buy or spend what I have in platinum

It only seems to happen with orbs I buy on the battle.net site. When I purchase them in-game, I’m able to purchase platinum. What a joke. The one place where you get more orbs for your money and they handicap it. Might as well buy orbs or platinum through Susan.

I had the same experience. I made all my purchases through iOS. Then, I decided to try buying 15,000 Eternal Orbs through the Battle.net online shop. Now, I can’t spend my platinum or spheres, and I’m unable to use the auction. The support rep didn’t even read my message and just told me to contact the Apple support, even though the issue is clearly because I purchased Eternal Orbs directly from Blizzard.
Did you ever get to purchase your platinum?
I got the same error yesterday but this morning I noticed it said pending payment and just now I am finally able to purchase platinum with my orbs
Ive gotten this same message today for the very first time. This is Bullcrap!!! Especially when im someone that doesnt afk farmor havent done any of the sketchy gem duplicate bugs in game. Hope this gets resolved. Luckily i dont have alot of orbs or gems at the moment ingame. And itll stay that way till my acct is fully unlocked.
