Two days ago I failed to load into Battleground - queue had popped and timer started and went all the way down to 0 but it never entered loading screen. So I restarted the app and ever since then I cannot even start the queue for Battlegrounds.
Tried a day after, still cannot queue for Battlegrounds. Tried a couple other devices (iPhones and iPads) and cannot queue either.
In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

This has happened to me as well. Still cannot que button will click and nothing happens.

I guess with no customer support this BG season is hosed.
Same thing happened to me about 3 or 4 days ago on Android Samsung Galaxy 10. Tried to enter tower war queue and after the ready verification the match never began. So I closed the app manually. Logged back in and now the Tower War enter queue button does nothing. I haven’t been able to play tower war for daily rewards for several days. Pretty aggravated. Filing a support ticket was no help.
I have the same problem. Was doing battlegrounds, queued up for another round in which 1 person failed to join, and now I cannot queue up at all. I have tried doing the “unstuck” and “repair” options. Will probably do a complete reinstall next. But it sounds from these posts like this problem is spreading.

Having this same issue same phone.
I’d be curious to see if these people having these issues also are having run-ins with the “dev players” where the dead players are are horrible human beings, rude, nasty etc. etc. say something back to them. A whole host of weird stuff starts happening to your game.
And it’s weird that you log into your alt account and none of that is happening
