Cannot enter Heliquary Raids or join Random Dungeon Queue

Was doing raids with my warband when we attempted to enter Khuluul raid on Inferno 3. Upon all of us accepting the entrance prompt, I received a message “An unknown error occurred while teleporting” and the raid did not start. We tried entering again but received the same error. After that, we tried entering other raids but the game would say “All players must complete Crooked Castelet”, as if someone was inside the Khuluul raid. But no one was there.

I now can’t enter any raids as it always says players must complete crooked castelet, or if its Khuluul, nothing happens.

Also, when I try to join the random dungeon queue, nothing happens either.

Did you ever find a solution to the problem ?

Im having the exact same, although in INF6 now, ita really annoying and I currwntly cannot find a fix
