Has nothing to do with my device as my friend can get in and I used his device and still can’t get it. Once I touched the fractured place entrance the game froze. My deivce frozen, his device also frozen. He had no problem playing it with his account tho. So it has to do with the account I guess. I can play everything else, just not fractured plane. Thanks.

I fixed it by downloading the battle net app and login the game from that app instead. Now that I think back, I have been able to play but not able to purchase things from the shop, my guess it the connection to my bnet account was broken (but I could play with no problem), and the fractured plane had to use that shop connection, whatever that means. After I try to login from the battle net app, I could purchase the new battle pass and was able to load the fractured plane. Weird as after logging in game on other devices it had the same problem! Anyways, hope it helps.
Same issue here my man. I am on android. So it’s not an ios issue. Waiting for this to be resolved. If anyone has any suggestions, please do share.

I have the same issue. Each time I tried to enter fractured plane, the game freezes. I tried logging in from the Battle Net app as suggested but still no use. I am using an iPad. I tried using my iPhone. Both same issue. My friend who is using iPad has no issue whatsoever. Seems like the bug affects certain accounts.
Same issue here. I did try to repair the game and still I cannot enter fractured plane. Im using PC
same here, on pc and phone cant get in …just freezes the game until i hit esc or use a spell ,hopefully they fix it soon
Same. Freezes game and when using unstuck I still can’t do anything. Using iPad

Same issue - you’d think they’d read these and be on top of this - plane is a great game mode, not being able to play stinks.
I can’t even get into the pre-screen of plane to see the skills/affixes. As soon as I click the hand to enter - immediately freezes game, but yet I can watch others stand at FP entrance and then they disappear (assuming they’re getting in just fine) - I can see chat messages, but not a single button or option works onscreen - it completely immobilizes your character - and then requires you to force close game. I’ve tried everything except repair client which I refuse to do that ever again lol. Every other game mode works fine though (I did not have issues losing main hand, runes or gems) - at least I have that to be thankful for

Same issue here, both on pc and mobile android. Even after repair & redownload again, still cannot enter FP. When I try it will stuck at blur image & not even enter the FP starting screen. I can play everything else but not FP.
I submitted a ticket to Diablo Immortal Support about this issue yesterday. The respond given this morning was to check the support forum for solutions, which is ridiculous!!
I checked support forum yesterday first before submitting the ticket. I wanted to make sure I didn’t have a standalone issue. In the forum, I saw several reports of the same issue, so I submitted a ticket to Support to take note of the bug.
Now I see more players are having the same issues. How am I to get a resolution through the people have the same issue??? Support need to take a look into this issue with the fractured plane and not defer to other places like the connection fault is a player issue.
