Bug Description: Sapphire (materials and Grade 7 Sapphire) disappeared after attempting to synthesize a Grade 8 Sapphire.
Date/Time of Bug: October 3, 2025, around 9:30 PM KST (October 3, 2025, morning, US time)
**BattleTag & Character: zzUzz#3544, Korea server (Vitaeos), Tempest,
Around 9:30 p.m. (KST) on October 3 in Korea, which was the morning of October 3 in the United States. while upgrading normal gems with the apprentice jeweler “Seril” at the Western Expedition Base, I had 729 Grade 2 Sapphires. I attempted to upgrade them all at once into a Grade 8 Sapphire, but since I didn’t have enough Echo Crystals, I purchased them directly from the upgrade window and then clicked “Combine.” However, the Grade 8 Sapphire disappeared.
If I had upgraded step by step (Grade 2 → Grade 3 → Grade 4, etc.), this bug would not have occurred. It seems there is an issue when upgrading all at once, which caused the Grade 8 Sapphire to vanish. Please restore the item as soon as possible.
I confirmed immediately after the synthesis that the gem had disappeared. I checked both my inventory and set items, but neither the lower-grade gems nor the Grade 8 gem were there. I also checked if the newly crafted Grade 8 gem might have automatically combined with an existing Grade 8 gem to create a Grade 9 gem, but there was no Grade 9 gem either. Normal gems cannot be forcefully destroyed or deleted by players, so it is clear that this was not caused by user error. The result of the synthesis was that the gem simply disappeared. I also tried relogging and even logging in again after the daily reset time, but the Grade 8 Sapphire was still missing.
It took 540,000 Platinum Coins and 4 months of effort to craft a Grade 8 Sapphire, but it vanished in an instant, making me lose the desire to continue playing. It appears this bug only occurs when upgrading all at once instead of step by step. Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
