When entering a 10 legendary crest elder rift , it has bugged out as I was going through it , it then kicked me from the rift this happened a total of 3 times using 6 eternal crests and 24 legendary crests , after 24 hours I have only received 10 back in the mail and no more , this is awful service considering I paid for these crests and as you know it’s not cheap. This needs to be resolved and I need to be compensated. This is not good enough. Do better blizzard. I lost a 5* gloom because of you.

tons of bugs in game at the moment! not loading rifts, challenge rift, dungeons and vault. on some occasions when it dose, it kicks people out or freeze altogether. all these bugs make it pointless to play! Stygian Fury server
On top of rifts being bugged all types of parties are bugged from vault to random dungeons , randomly getting kicked while in game , I have also been unable to complete about 3 shadow contracts due to bugs and being unable to move while doing them this obviously affects clan involvement and my shadow rank. Again do better blizzard
Endless bugs last 2 days. Enter rifts with crests, get thrown out, on some of the occasions don’t get crests back. Dungeons throwing people out, Battlegrounds throwing people out, vaults throwing people out. Every aspect of the game has been bugged and now you are literally stealing money from people. People often refer to Diablo Immortal as Diablo Immoral due to the huge pay to win element and “Microtransactions” the size of a mortgage on a house in Europe, but this is taking it to the next level. Brilliant Blizzard, brilliant. Gardens of Hope server - Europe.
Tons of bugs at the moment from rifts bugging out to the game locking up when starting raids/dung. Let’s also not forget the lag in game that happens from time to time. Fix yo shiz blizzard
Indeed, playing the game has been very challenging the last days, removing all fun from trying to explore the new features. Every single feature keeps throwing players out, I’ve personally been kicked out of vault, bg, dungeons, rifts and heliquary, with loss of rewards and ranks (not to mention the ridiculousness of getting kicked out of something and then being locked out for leaving).
But all that is an annoyance, losing people’s crests is a different level altogether. Those are NFTs, which means Blizzard is like a bank that accidentally removes money from people’s accounts and then plays dumb.
Everything is bugged in the last few days, what is happening with this game? Seems like there is no support and nothing being done to resolve the issues. Please sort asap if you want to retain players
Since the last major update,we’ve been experiencing multiple bugs. I’ve experienced all the above mentioned things from people on top of my reply not to mention,at times, action buttons are freezing up. I have to keep on clicking the damn button just for the skill to pop up! It cost me losses in some matches. Even Trial of Hordes event is unplayable now because of lagging. Do something Bliz!
We hope the developers to look into improving “Crusader Class”. Players are getting boring sharing other “Crusader” for ( Helliquary, Random Dung, Def. of Cyrangar, etc.). Crusader is the only class so heavy need to improve his speed. It affects for SOLO and for sharing with other players some events.
I also Lost 10 legendary crests, dungeon did start nad ened with error. No crests in mailbox …… if it wont return i quit. Wasze of time and a lot of frustration …….

This happened to me too! Lost 10 rare crests twice only got the second set back much later in the day. Team members got kicked from a vault, we all had to leave, I got kicked from a dungeon as I was entering but was still stuck in the party. My shadow quest I had to abandon because the instance got stuck. And there are phantom lairs all over the place that when you get to them they don’t exist.
I have also had a vwry simialr experience to wveryone else here - loss of time items etc - being kicked out of dungowns/stuck in dungoens /vault - a ridiculous amount of bugs and - i am too worried about loosing crests to run anything now. Sort it out Blizzard please!
This “unknown error while teleporting” is haunting my dreams lately. I can’t sleep, I can’t eat, I can’t enjoy life. I click on a rift, error. I click on a lair, error. I click on vault, error. I click on a random dungeon, error. I click on the BG entrance, error. I open my fridge, error.
I mean you’ve screwed up releases before, but this is on another level… Can’t wait for the big anniversary one, lol
It happened to me too, and i posted about this 17 days ago…never got any crests back, not even 1 from the 100 i lost: 100 Rare Crests consumed in 1 run.
Also, since the last major update, the game keep kicking us out when teleporting in an instance: Battleground, Vault, Helliquary, Dungeons etc…The error we receive it says that it was a teleport issue. It happens mostly to party/raid leaders.
So, Blizzard…when i will get my 100 crests back? Do you think it will be before i receive my 1st pension?
But please, don’t fix the random Tresure Goblin sound from Westmarch, it’s funny :))
