The Wild Brawl event is not giving the correct number of seals of triumph. I have finished all tasks but one so should have 44 seals of triumph. I have been awarded only 27.
Apologies I could not figure out how to post pictures but have them and will try to edit/update later.
I have completed all the Wild Brawl event tasks except for Revive allies 5 times (which does not award seals).
I have 43/44 Seals of Triumph in the Event Center.
However, the Wild Brawl event lasts until 02:59 on the 17th May so it’s possible that some of these tasks may reset and become available again before the event ends. If I recall correctly, this is what happened for the Conqueror event, i.e. you had to do some of the tasks twice over to maximise the event seals.

I’ve encountered this bug again today. The Seals of Triumph are shown in the Wild Brawl picture (e.g. 3/44), but are not actually awarded, so the total number of awarded Seals of Triumph is not increased.
This was on Android though.
Had 261 seals before wild brawl began. Just now earned 3 seals but total is still stuck at 261.
In event center it shows 3/44 seals earned
Having the same issue, seals not counting towards total progressof event but showing earned under wild brawl.
Same Problem. Seals not counting from Wildbrawl event.
