[BUG] Unable to Select Vault Items

Issue: I am unable to complete my selection of items in the Immortal vault, during the day, due to a bug where the vault appears to have closed early. I wish to report this issue and see if there’s anything that can be done since I am unable to collect an exceptional item that I have earned.
