I used a terror essence to run a solo terror rift. It navigated me to it but when clicking to enter, nothing happened. Nothing I did changed it. Please replace the lost essence and fix bug.
Basically, anything that involves the hero being teleported into an instance can fail. This is now the third day of this happening with, seemingly, zero response from Blizzard.
