Okay, so…
- On Thursday, all of us at the top of the Leaderboard had the same Rank and Marks, i.e. Whisper II with 3260 marks.
- At the Whisper ranks, it takes 3500 marks to reach the next rank division.
- On Friday, we all obtained 4 blessings in the Assembly (1100 marks) and converted 3 Adventurers into Shadows (55 marks each conversion, so 165 marks in total), which is a total of 1265 marks.
- The first 240 of those 1265 marks take us to Whisper III, with 1265-240 = 1025 marks left over
- This should have resulted in us all being Whisper III with 1025 marks.
- However, this resulted in me being Whisper III with 1020 marks.
Why was there a 5 mark discrepancy when we all did exactly the same activities on Friday, i.e. 4 blessings + 3 Adventurer to Shadow conversions?
All of our respective clans have the Leaps and Bounds clan advantage that gives 10% extra marks. That’s why Blessings are worth 1100 marks (rather than the base of 1000) and the Adventurer to Shadow conversions are worth 55 marks (rather than the base of 50).
