To the Dev Team,
I’m experiencing a persistent bug with my Rank 7 Roiling Consequence gem. It’s stuck in a dormant state, and I’m unable to awaken it, even though all conditions appear to be met.
What I’ve Tried:
- Supporting gems have been fully socketed into the wings (resonance is in place)
- I’ve unequipped and re-equipped the gem
- Loadouts and builds have been reset
- Game has been reinstalled
Despite these steps, the option to awaken the gem does not appear, and it’s still marked as dormant. This is preventing me from accessing the gem’s full power and functionality.
I believe this may be a backend issue that requires manual intervention or a forced awakening from the dev team or support.
