Bug in the jeweler. I went to the jeweler to upgrade a sapphire to grade 6. The material was consumed but I did not obtain the sapphire. It remained grade 5. I LOST 2 grade 5 unbound sapphires and was left with only one!! It’s absurd that you responded to my other ticket with something totally unconnected!! I was injured and you respond to me about statistics ??? I had 3 Grade 5 sapphires. The jeweler was supposed to give me a grade 6 sapphire. Instead I LOST 2 grade 5 sapphires and was left with only one grade 5.
Sapphires just disappeared and I didn’t get the item I wanted
