**Bug Report: Inability to Enter Raids
Situation is the same via Pc and Phone.

Player Level: Inferno 4
Combat Rating (CR): 42,000
Steps to Reproduce:
Open the Helliquary.
Select any level from Normal to Inferno.
Start (enter) at any selected level.
Actual Result:
Upon attempting to enter, an error message appears:
“All party members must complete Glacial Crevasse to enter.”
Note: Glacial Crevasse is not a valid dungeon or location in Diablo Immortal.
Expected Result:
I should be able to enter any raid as long as my Combat Rating (CR) is sufficient, without encountering this blocking exception.

it means someone in the raid party is still in an old raid instance or the game believes so. This has been a bug forever so the chances of anything being done are prob slim
This means the game thinks you (or another raid member) are still inside the raid boss’s instance, i.e. Glacial Crevasse. If you’re attempting to enter the raid solo, it’s your hero the game thinks is still inside the instance.
Try this to resolve it. Go to the Warband NPC in Westmarch (next to the raid tree), click to interact with him and select Defence of Cyrangar, and Create Raid. This should put you into a 1/8 raid, ready to start the defence. Instead, click Leave Raid. This, hopefully, should get the game to recognise that you’re no longer in a raid (inside Glacial Crevasse) and you should be able to do the raids again.
