[ Bug ] Fractured Planes not giving Seals of Triumph for Event Center

Today, I have completed the Fractured Planes events…

These tasks should give 44 Seals of Triumph in the Event Center.

However, this is what the Event Center shows…

The Fractured Planes event is not shown in the Event Center and the 44 Seals of Triumph have not been added to the total seals earned.

What they don’t tell you is it needed to be done last week. Or has it reset again? I completed mine while the last event season was active and received ‘bonus’ points to start this season. But it was obvious something was going to be broken with this as the event doesn’t even appear on the event queue

The event this time was 2 weeks long instead of the usual 1 week. Badly done, because the event was included in the previous “Event Center” period and the second week has started AFTER that period had already finished… It should have been added as a new event in this new cycle, but…

Yes, it reset today, as it’s the 2nd of two weeks the event is running for.

I completed all the tasks in last week’s iteration of the event but I was already at the 360 maximum seals for the previous Event Center period.

Neither last week’s completion, or this week’s completion gave me points towards this Event Center’s total. Essentially I’ve missed out on 44 seals.

That’s bizarre because I started this with bonus seals. Oh! You did it while the last event was still active didn’t you? I waited for the new event period before running it because I had a feeling it would bugger up somehow.

Was it though? Pretty sure it wasn’t included on the event list at all. Which is why I waited for the new list to become active before starting it.

You’re right, it wasn’t. My apologies for that.

It was my first and clearly “wild” guess as to why the “new” Fractured Plane is not in the current Event Center, but I remember now that the last event in the previous “Center” was “Shady Stock” and that I got the points and rewards from the first Fractured Plane week in this one. It sounds definitely as a bug, they removed the Fractured Plane from the current Event Center, it should be there, as completed (or finished, not sure). And they should have added a new one now, for the new cycle 01/29 - 02/05.

Embedding that…

As you have 45/45 seals from All Clans On Deck, but you have 67 seals, you’ve gotten a bonus 22 seals from somewhere. Seems like there are multiple bugs in evidence here.

From doing FP this weekend with the new season. But I also believe I’m not getting any with the reset yesterday now. So yeah really screwed up mess

Maintenance last night, I had hoped that they would fix this, but no, Fractured Plane still is nowhere to be found in the Event Center. Four of my characters “on hold”, will wait until last day before trying. Already wasted the 2 rounds with one of them before noticing the issue, for just a couple of legendaries that ended up being useless… And hoping for a compensation in this game…Well it’s almost as useless as those 2 legendaries :laughing:

I’m on an iPad & I have the same issue
Completed the fractured plane both last week & this week, no seals of triumph
And the count on the event center doesn’t show more than the ones I’ve actually collected from the other events I have completed
This needs to be fixed else it’s going to be hard to get the 360 seals required for the last reward

I slugged through a few floors and didnt get any seals as I was kinda prepared for so there was really only a 2 or 3 day window to get them which is kinda bonkers
