"Aug 30th Bug fixes

- Hammer of the Ancients can now be charged up, increasing its range and damage while also dealing {50%} increased damage to Stunned enemies.
Developer’s Note: This affix always dealt increased damage to Stunned enemies, but it was never listed in the tooltip for any language, until recently. Now, both the item description and the Skill description indicate that this attack deals additional damage to Stunned enemies.
So it worked fine… but that Txt really bothered you? come on…That was the only ‘bug’ you fixed?
look down! READ please.
Armory - Still swapping both main hand and off hand slots. Moving enlightened Gear from 1st to 2nd slot for both main and off-hand. This was ‘ok’ for a few weeks, but you code genius’ obviously have trouble with Code version control because ittttsss BACK.
Wizard - new essence Changelings Guise: Frost Seeker
Does not ‘function’ versus Boss’ in any dungeon/Terror Rift versions/ heliquarry raids. I do realize that these boss’ cannot be chilled or frozen (or stunned, feared, etc.), but previously you have handled this small issue by ‘marking’ the boss so that at least the skill could be used against it and some damage resulting / registered. With Frost Seeker, it simply does not fire - message to the effect of 'no chilled or frozen enemy…"
I believe this to be a bug as 90% of the game has a boss and you surely did not DESIGN a new essence that would handicap a class so that it only had 3 of 4 skills available when time came to close the deal. There are also several other Skill Essences in game on other character types that allow for this ‘exception’ when an Enemy cannot be put into a certain State, so in your verbage, it gets ‘marked’ and some or all dmg is applied but the Condition is obviously absent.
So you dont have to make this up, this is what you do in other cases. State A requires Action A. When State A exists, Action B (that requires State A) can take place. In some situations when a State is not allowed to Exist but to remain consistent in game play, is able to be marked with State Z. This is a false state in that it is not hindered in anyway other than to allow Action B to be ‘allowed’ and damage registered.
So, while my character cannot chill or freeze a Boss, a skill that would normally do so would mark the Boss with State Z to allow the Action B to do some type of damage… you already do this - lets not have ONE MORE broken essence be tossed on the ‘sounds good in theory, but in practice id dont work’
