I have this banner on the last tab of the cosmetics page ( screenshots provided… never mind, can’t seem to post screenshots or links…)
Now, in my mail, I am able to collect this banner reward again but I already have it, this is not allowing me to collect the mail.
This leaves the constant red dot on my mail emblem and also stops me from hitting “collect all” because it says I have max amount of that 1 item, the banner, even though i wanna collect all my rewards from several levels of challenge rifts or even just items missed during dungeons.
Please fix, this is quite annoying to deal with.
