This evening, myself and my Warband killed the last three INF4 raid bosses and the first two INF5 raid bosses.
The 2nd INF5 boss was for the first time as a Warband.
As a result of this first kill, the Codex had rewards to collect in the Conquest > World > Helliquary section. However, after collecting the reward for killing Xekorendaag on INF5, the Codex says it wants us to kill a raid boss on INF3 (or higher), which is obviously a boss we’d killed many, many months ago…
If I click on that to get more details, it shows this…
The top half of which is asking for a kill of Vogmarik (the 4th INF5 boss, not the 3rd one, which should be next), but the bottom half is still talking about killing a boss on INF3.
The next boss it should be asking for would be Morsagurei on INF5, not on INF3.
This is so many levels of broken.

Killed the 3rd Inferno 5 boss with Warband tonight and the Codex updated…
So, it’s only the 2nd INF5 boss’s Conquest that appears to be broken.
My Warband killed all five Inferno V bosses this evening.
As a result, the Codex > Conquest section now has a task to kill the first Inferno VI boss…
However, if you click on that, it mentions the wrong boss…
Throwing an update to this just for old times’ sake…
My Warband has killed the first three bosses of Inferno 6 (and every previous boss).
My Codex task shows that the Warband need to kill Mulgaist on Inferno 5
That task’s details mentions two different bosses, and for Inferno 5…
Clearly, the task should be for the Warband to kill Mulgaist on Inferno 6 not Inferno 5 and it will get completed when the Warband does the Inferno 6 kill, it’s just the text and details mis-match that are wrong.
So, the Warband killed Mulgaist on Inferno 6 tonight.
This updated the Codex task to be…
Defeat Deosbrae, Sovereign Shade with your Warband on Inferno V
Clicking on that task shows the details as…
Clearly, this task has absolutely nothing to do with Vogmarik or Inferno V.
The task should be to kill Deosbrae on Inferno 6 which is the only difficulty that boss currently exists on.
And tonight our Warband killed the end boss of Inferno 6…
…which completed the task that was labelled as Deosbrae on Inferno 5.
I’m having the same issue on iOS. Mine is stuck on the this first boss in normal mode
And you’ve completed with 3 warband members?
Today I did HQ Conquest and I found a bug similar to you.
Maybe I skipped some bosses because I already have done with the same Warband before starting from first boss Inferno 2 to level up.
Now my HQ Conquest says Hellquary Level 14, very similar, it says Molten Inferno 5 which we have done and it didn’t marked as complete. Also the description says Vogmarik.
Maybe I’ll try Molten Inferno 6 with Warband for another day. I believe it will marked as complete because it’s level 14
