[Broken Essence] New Wizard pants “Hastened oblivion” does not work

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

Device Type: Ipad
Device Model: Ipad Pro M2
Device Operating System: ipadOS
Diablo Immortal App Version: up to date

I have done testing on mobs and the test dummy with a stop watch. With and without the pants on there is no difference in the recharge time. Mine is about 12 seconds regardless of if I have the pants on or not.

The Hastened Oblivion pants also doesn’t work inside of the terror rifts either. I’ve almost died 3x on the boss as well as the bounty rift too. It just counts down and doesn’t decrease the cooldown either.

I’m on an iPhone 12 Pro Max and have all updates installed.
