I have multiple characters. One is level 60 (16) and the other is 60 (64). The 60 (79) has the option for “curse purifying” at the blacksmith but my higher level does not.
Are both of the heroes on the same game difficulty, i.e. Hell I?
Is purifying only available on higher difficulties?

what paragon level is your char and difficulty unlocked
level 620 now, inferno 1. im in pretty deep. redownloaded resouces ect. still no change
i solved the issue… was because i didnt rank armour upto 5+
