Last night we were in a close battle for a tower with another clan. With a few minutes to spare, two of our team had very large turn ins that put us in the lead, but somehow the tower was still awarded to the other clan.
I have a screenshot of the “final scores,” but can’t post it or link to it here. It shows the “first place team” with 27932 and the “second place team” with 38396.
Another oddity about this, I expect our real score should have been higher than the other clan, but not 10,000 higher. We probably should have had 28k not 38k.
UPDATE: I spoke with the other clan leader, and he says the bug with the turn-ins not being counted has happened to him before, too. In that case it was not right at the deadline, however. They speculated it was due to more than one person turning in at once, but that could not have been the case for us.
The bizarre numbers are apparently due to that dialog showing all the scores totaled, not just the top 10.
