I don’t know if it’s some kind of bug, or something else, anyway, I’ve already spent around 300 shells with Chief Belial in Torment 3, and I can’t get a mythical item, while some friends manage to get it in just a few tries on the same difficulty (I’m new to the game and I don’t know if I need to do some mission to unlock the mythical items like the runes) I just wanted to get my items
