Barbarian character’s skill Stuck in Temptest mode

My characters (Barbarian)primary skill has been locked in tempest mode for a while now. I’ve reinstalled the game multiple times, but nothing helps. I can’t change my skill, and trying to use it causes my character/game to freeze.
