Banned for using Xbox Series X/S Bluetooth Controller on Windows

Hello, so I was permanently banned couse I was using Xbox Series X/S Bluetooth Controller on Windows, if I would using Xbox One Wireless Controller I wasn´t permanently banned, are you joking? Can you explain me the benefits for me comming from using X/S instead of One contrroller now? Why I wasn´t warned in game? If you do not want supporting it why everybody can do it without any impact to game settings?

I am using Xbox Series X/S bluetooth controller on window for a year playing Diablo Immortal yet i am still here.

As i said before, feel free to blame the controllers and we know that there is more about your story.

Also, I think it is TOS to discuss the ban in the general forum too.

Change the game and preferably the company. They ban even their own equipment because their
revenues have started to decline. They think people will start spending money again after banning for no reason.
That’s how their logic looks.

Hi All,
I have been using so many models, brands and types of controllers for Diablo (not only Immortal), which are not even listed in the above lists of supported ones, and I have never had an issue. Banning for such reason shouldn’t be the case - please, do not jump on me, I am just sharing my experience and thoughts, I do not aim offending or arguing and fighting with anyone.
I really hope you find the reason for being banned, even more - hoping you will manage to get this ban off, as if that would be the reason described - they are not in their right doing it for such a “made-up” reason.

Not true…i lost my 1 year old DI account for using Sony PS4 controllers. I was permanently banned without any prior warnings at all.
