I have already redeemed the reward of activating my battle.net authenticator, and when I check my stash, I have the new tab from the authenticator. However, after I do all my checks for my morning notifications, a few minutes into the game, a notification pops up showing for Authenticator Rewards, as if I haven’t done it. This is not device specific, this happens on 2 separate devices as specified above. I have also repaired my clients.

As a compulsive red dot clearer this is making me crazy. So frustrating to think you made progress in some event and have a reward to collect when its just the authenticator… People in game that have not activated the authenticator apparently do not have this bug. Its like we are being punished for activating the authenticator.
You think a simple line of coding that is used for notifications is something that people making a game like this would be able to figure out.
Unfortunately, notifications in this game seem to constantly be plagued by this problem.
Kind of funny how this is one of the highest earning games of all time wracking in millions of dollars per annum, and the developers still can’t figure out notifications which is pretty much kindergarten level coding even low budget games made by kids in highschool have no issues with.
Funny enough, it’s not just Diablo Immortal that suffers from notifications that won’t go away, but also Diablo 4 has similar issues with notifications.
For clarity I was lying… it’s not funny at all, it’s just downright absurdity is what it is…
Blizzard Please remove the 2 factor authentication from the events page its super annoying having this red dot continually pop up I would assume most players have done this…thank you
