You were looking for where to report a bug in Diablo Immortal and didn’t find…

Rather than create another thread there, you can move this one. Under your opening post, click the small blue pencil icon to enter Edit mode. At the top-right of the Edit window is a drop-down list of all the sub-forums. Select Bug Report from that list then click on Save. That’ll move your opening post, and all replies, to the Bug Report forum.

Having said that, you’re probably going to need to provide a lot more information about whatever you think is wrong with attack speed on Demon Hunters.

So, rather than follow the advice I gave, you went ahead and made another thread…

…and you tried to put the entire thing into the thread’s title and still didn’t explain the problem (as the title truncates after a set number of characters).

Could you fully describe what you think the problem is in the body of your post?
