Any solution to my account that I can't see any messages in my chat window and I can't see my messages either ingame. Please help!

I have the same problem too.I have no idea about how to solve it and i can’t see anything written on chat window for 2 days…Need a solution asap.Kind regards…

Same problem for me, I tried using my ID on multiple devices and chat is not working, but just for one ID, I used another character and chat works well.

I think I found a solution for this, go to battlenet app, (if using device you have to download it) or open battlenet account, then go to account settings > privacy > update social settings > enable Text chat (which for some reason I don’t know was disabled for me.) Restart the game and my chat is now back. Hopefully it works for you too.
