I am trying to go from Inferno IV to V paragon 1230 cr 30000 I am seeing hit shots in IV between 12000-45000 when I jump to V I am seeing 200-500 both of my characters are the same please help
gear lvls are 18’s
INF1 CR

INF2 CR
- Open World (20900), Dungeons (21500), Raid Bosses (22100, 22100, 22700, 22700, 23000). No Gauntlet.
INF3 CR
- Open World (23000), Dungeons (23600), Raid Bosses (24200, 24200, 25100, 25100, 26020). No Gauntlet.
INF4 CR
- Open World (26020), Dungeons (26850), Raid Bosses (29100, 30000, 30360, 30720, 31100). Gauntlet 4 (31100).
INF5 CR
- Open World (31100), Dungeons (31500), Raid Bosses (31700, 32300, 32700, 32900, 33300). Gauntlet 5 (33300).
INF6 CR
- Open World (33300), Dungeons (33700), Raid Bosses (33500, 34300, 34500, 34700, 34900). Gauntlet 6 (34900).
This means that…
- Your hero is 1100 CR too low for Inferno 5 open-world / lairs.
- Your hero is 1500 CR too low for Inferno 5 dungeons.
Whilst you’re safe in town, with the difficulty set to Inferno 5, open your Inventory screen, and click on the Attributes button (small, white armour symbol, bottom left) and then click on the Combat Rating number. You’ll get a details screen like this one…
As you’re below the CR requirement for INF5, that screen will show how much of a penalty you’re experiencing due to the lack of CR, i.e. how much less damage you’re doing to enemies, and how much extra damage you’ll take from them.
Also, CR isn’t the only thing you need to be aware of. From that Attributes screen, if you click on More Attributes, you need to pay attention to your secondary attributes, i.e.
Armour…
Armour Penetration…
Potency…
Resistance…
In short, you’re not bugged.
You’re not ready for Inferno 5.
