I made 5 purchases on June 26th.
Out of which there were two bundles, each priced at $49.99. Both bundles were advertised to contain a random five-star legendary item. However, upon reviewing my account, it appears I only received one five-star legendary item in total. Transaction copy send and confirmed by technical service.
I believe there might be a missing five-star legendary item from the second bundle. Also some other items from that bundle (like Legendary crest) could be missing. Can any one help in this matter?
To confirm there is an open support ticket on this? That would be the best response you will get from a company side. Hopefully they can sort it out in a reasonable time.

Hi there… yes there is a ticket… they told me to write here… the following was their message… “As mentioned earlier, while we can verify that the orders were successful, our scope to investigate the specifics of the gems added is limited, thus, we recommended submitting a bug report. This will help ensure that it can reach our development team’s attention as they have all the necessary tools to conduct a more in-depth investigation on this, and we truly appreciate your understanding in this matter.” not sure what else to do… Ticket Number: EU100111137
