I changed my class from Necromancer to Crusader. The essence mastery of my Necromancer is already full.
The essence mastery of my Crusader is already 24/30 but additional legendary effects from the upgrade does not apply.

Did you ever come across a fix? I just switched classes and mine isn’t working either
