Can somebody please help.I just recently got into duablo immortal the last month or 2 and i had a 24 hr ban and did not understand why and again i get another till 6th August.
I am not doing anything wrong or breaking any rules.
I suffer badly with my mental health and this game has been helping.
I tried to appeal the 1 day suspension but i just seen it up held but why am i getting suspensions.
This is really upsetting and i seriously have no idea what i am doing wrong.
I play solo as i have no freinds and dont like to upset anyone.
Could somebody please help.

Typically there are reasons why suspensions are given. Did they provide any info of why?
With such little info none us can really be helpful.

So are you not aloud to run diablo immortal on steam deck using bottle or lutris to make game run ?
Since D:I is an MMO, it has strict rules regarding how to run and play it. Playing solo exclusively is utterly irrelevant, itās still an MMO. If you need 3rd party apps just to run it, that is a problem. SteamDeck is a great portable platform but has its limitations.
Iād recommend playing on a platform that can run it natively. PC version on an actual PC with Win 10/11, or alternatively mobile version on a tablet or smart phone.
Ok thankyou.I even tried using the steam deck using geforce now with diablo immortal being on geforce now and still that gor me a suspension.
I guess steam deck is a no go for diablo immortal then unless i run windows on it.
I just wish i could get my suspension withdrawn.
now that I think i understand what i have done wrong.
I will just run on windows or a compatible android device from now on.
Does anybody know how to contact support regarding this as i submitted a ticket but would like to add a new ticket now
Also, if you are using a controller with a built-in macro function, you may get yourself suspended.

Ok thankyou i have been using a ps5 controller and i dont think it has a built in macro.
I just dont want it to happen again as i realy enjoying diablo immortal and im gutted that i get anther suspension and it lasting until the 6th august.
Wish i could get the suspension overturned as a genuine mistake on my part because when i googled it said what i use was not considered a 3rd party but i know they will not.
I have got an old windows 10 laptop so will try running it on that to see if it runs ok
This happened to me yesterday, I was playing on phone with DS4, I last played for 9 hours straight, then I got an email that my account was suspended for 24 hours due to violations using macros or 3rd party apps. But I didnāt use macros or 3rd party apps, my diablo was also downloaded from the playstore.
So how could I possibly get suspended? Is it because I played too much?
Iām having the same issue! This last week Iāve now had my account suspended twice and I have no idea why. I play on my iPad, with a Xbox controller that says itās on the āallowedā list of controllers.
I donāt cheat, bot, exploit or do anything but play the game as intended. I donāt do chat.
Iām a 58 year old woman whoās been playing Diablo games since 2002ā¦I love this little game.
Iāve again, appealed my suspension, but I wish I could actually SPEAK to someone to find out why this has happened twice, and hopefully stop it happening again
